What will your responsibilities be?

-Top User of IMOS - Shipping Software by Veson.

- Create & Develop various reports to in-house users.
- Read and understand Shipping Contracts and issue Laytime calculations accordingly.
- Generate periodical reports about the shipping activities
- Settle accounting with Ship Owners in accordance with the contractual terms
- Manage interfaces between IMOS & SAP systems
- Support Veslink users (Chartering & Operation team)

What are we looking for?

- Minimum 3 year working experience in logistics or data analysis.
- Robust data analysis skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Deep knowledge of Excel program – (formulas, pivots, etc)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Maintains a high level of accuracy and attention to details
- Proactively identifies and solves problems to increase efficiency.
- Must be able to provide technical support
- Academic degree in business / Science – Shipping related – Advantage
- Fluent in English (read / write / speak)
