Your tasks

- Design, develop, and maintain PowerShell modules and scripts for the automated administration of the email service (Microsoft Exchange, Enterprise Vault)
- Build end‑to‑end automation workflows in Email Service (e.g. Mail Group, Shared Mailbox, User Mailbox provisioning) and other M365 services
- Analyze logs, perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
- Provide 2nd and 3rd‑level support for Exchange‑related scripts: troubleshoot, optimise, and continuously improve solutions in production.
- Monitor workflow success rates
- Maintain versioning, documentation, and release notes of PowerShell scripts
- Collaborate closely with the central IT team and other business units to embed automation smoothly into the existing infrastructure.

Your qualifications

- 2+ years hands-on experience in PowerShell-Scripting
- Proven experience using Exchange and ActiveDirectory Powershell Cmdlets
- Good background knowledge in Exchange (OnPrem) & AD
- Experience in creating and managing complex Workflow-Embedded scripts, including self-developed functions and modules
- Experience in accessing data from other systems using connectors/(REST-)APIs
- Basic knowledge of GitLab and its use for version control, repository management and collaboration workflows
- Solid understanding of IT Service Management processes including request, incident and change management, ideally with prior experience using ServiceNow




- Ability to diagnose and resolve issues using logs and monitoring tools
- Strong communication skills for consulting with internal stakeholders Structured, detail-oriented work approach with a focus on quality and compliance
