- Experience in multiple engagement and pricing models FP T M Unit pricing Gain sharing Risk Reward Outcome based pricing
- Positive knowledge of market benchmarks effort estimation productivity continuous improvements SLA s pricing
- Experience in working with Third Party Advisory TPA firms
- Should have experience in both sales and delivery functions
- Experience ability to manage internal stake holders CXO s SOH s DAG et al
- throughout the bid process
- Experience in engaging with the client TPA during Yellow Pads Q A sessions Orals Client visits
- A self starter having the ability to work with little or no guidance
