We are looking for a Software & Hardware Technical Support professional to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting users with day-to-day IT-related tasks.
Requirements
- Preferred: Diploma in Hardware & Networking.
- Candidates with basic technical knowledge are also encouraged to apply.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Training will be provided.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
