- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead efforts to identify root causes of system issues and implement corrective actions.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall expertise.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address critical system incidents.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize system performance and reliability.

Skilled & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Playwright.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
- Experience in monitoring and maintaining critical business applications to ensure high availability.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive issue resolution.
- Familiarity with debugging tools and techniques to investigate software defects.
- Excellent communication skills to document findings and provide clear updates to stakeholders.

Additional Information:
