The Quality Control Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and inspecting raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure they meet the company’s quality standards and specifications. The role involves identifying defects, maintaining quality records, and supporting continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure quality standards are met.
- Conduct quality tests and measurements as per company guidelines.
- Identify defects, deviations, or non-conforming products and report them to the production team.
- Maintain quality control records, inspection reports, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety procedures.
- Work closely with the production team to improve product quality.
- Assist in implementing quality improvement initiatives and corrective actions.
- Monitor production processes to minimize errors and waste.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of quality inspection and testing methods.
- Attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Documentation and reporting skills.
- Problem-solving ability.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Quality Management, Mechanical, or a related field.
Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance in a manufacturing setting.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
