Sort Pixel is hiring an experienced Business Development Executive (B2B Sales) to help us expand our client base and drive business growth.

Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)

Employment: Full-Time

CTC: ₹6–8 LPA + Performance Incentives

## What You'll Do

* Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, email outreach, and cold calling.

* Conduct discovery meetings and understand client requirements.

* Present agency services, prepare proposals, negotiate, and close deals.

* Build long-term client relationships and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

* Collaborate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.

## Requirements





* 3–5 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and client acquisition skills.

* Proven ability to generate leads and close deals independently.

* Agency experience (Video Production, Digital Marketing, Advertising, or Creative) is preferred.

* Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.

## Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates will complete a 3-week performance evaluation.

During this period:

* Earn 7–10% commission on every successful deal closed.

* Top performers will receive a Full-Time Employment Offer (₹6–8 LPA CTC) with performance incentives and long-term growth opportunities.
