2. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software

The engineer will install operating systems (like Windows), office software, antivirus, and other applications, and make sure they work properly.

3. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues

When any system has a problem, the engineer must identify the cause of the problem and fix it.
Examples: computer not starting, software error, or internet not working.

4. Manage user accounts, email configuration, and system access

The engineer will create login IDs, set up company email accounts, and give employees access to required systems or software.

Maintain IT equipment and ensure system security and updates

The engineer must check that all IT equipment is working properly, install updates, and ensure systems are protected from viruses or security threats.

6. Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment and services

If equipment needs repair, replacement, or new purchase, the engineer will communicate with external IT vendors or service providers.

7. Maintain records of IT support and troubleshooting activities

The engineer should keep records of technical problems and the solutions provided, so the company can track IT issues and maintenance.
