Business Consultant – Services

Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Consultant – Services with solid experience in service-based business operations. The ideal candidate should have expertise in project delivery, resource planning, service operations, customer lifecycle management, project billing, and operational process optimization.

We are looking for professionals with strong industry exposure and practical business process knowledge. Candidates should possess the ability to understand real-world operational challenges, engage with stakeholders, and recommend scalable business solutions. Experience with ERP platforms is considered an added advantage; however, industry expertise and business consulting capability will be the primary selection criteria.

Industry expertise is mandatory. ERP implementation exposure is desirable but not mandatory.

Experience

- 5–10 years of experience in IT Services, Professional Services, Engineering Services, Consulting, Facility Management, or Project-based organizations.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand end-to-end service delivery processes.
- Gather and analyse business requirements.
- Conduct workshops with stakeholders.
- Prepare BRDs, process documentation,



and functional specifications.
- Recommend business process improvements.
- Support implementation, UAT, and end-user training.
- Work closely with Finance, Delivery, HR, Operations, and Customer Success teams.
- Drive service process optimization initiatives.
