Candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the dispatch process, inbound process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers. This role involves coordinating with delivery partners, vendors and ensuring a seamless delivery experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Dispatch Operations Management and Inbound Management
- Monitor the status of orders to delivery, ensuring timely and productive dispatch.
- Coordination with Delivery Transporter: Maintain effective communication with delivery partners to coordinate pickups, deliveries, and resolve any issues that may arise.
Product Handling and Delivery Management
- Take responsibility for the entire dispatch process, from packaging to delivery, ensuring products reach customers in perfect condition.
- Track and ensure timely dispatch and delivery of products, addressing any delays or issues proactively.
- Track all inbound activities involving material inflow to warehouse.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
