We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Loan Executive with 1 year of experience from banking, financial services, or sales to assist customers throughout the loan application process. The candidate will be responsible for generating loan business, collecting and verifying documents, coordinating with financial institutions, and ensuring timely loan disbursement while maintaining excellent customer service.

Job Description :

- Manage all banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and cheque processing.
- Coordinate with banks regarding account opening, closure, KYC updates, and documentation.
- Process online banking transactions such as NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, UPI, and other electronic payments.
- Maintain records of bank guarantees, fixed deposits, and loan-related documentation
- Counsel customers on suitable loan options based on their financial requirements.
- Assist customers in completing loan application forms accurately.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and lending guidelines.
- Resolve customer queries related to loan products, documentation,



and repayment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and banking partners.
- Manage end-to-end loan operations for Unsecured Loans (Business Loans)
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, sales teams, and customers for smooth loan processing.

Attention to detail and high level of accuracy,

Knowledge of banking compliance and financial regulations,

Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting

Knowledge of loan products and lending procedures.

Understanding of KYC and loan documentation requirements.

Good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
