Job Requirements

- Manage end-to-end operations of the injection Moulding production.

- Utilize people, processes, materials to ensure optimum resource utilization

- Coordination with Sub assembly to ensure delivery of products on time

- Interface with planning & scheduling to determine schedules for Sub Assembly loading- Daily/ weekly

- Provide technical expertise to the team

- Prepare work plans within resource constraints and review implementations with strategy to drive improvement

- Understand the business needs for change and innovation.

- Knowledge on Master batches & pigments

- Mould upkeeping and Maintenance

- Coordination & setting up process in current product development

Documentation as per ISO 9001 requirements

Work Experience

- Diploma /Post Diploma in plastics technology /Plastic Mould technology from CIPET & having work experience of 3 -5 years in molding industry

- Knowledge on injection mold Setting, Processing & Trouble shooting

- Excellent verbal, written communication & organization skills
