Job description:

A Primary Teacher (PRT) instructs students in grades 1 through 5, focusing on comprehensive academic, social, and emotional development. Key responsibilities include creating engaging lesson plans, delivering instruction, managing classroom behavior, assessing student progress, and communicating with parents. They foster a protected, positive learning environment.

- Instruction & Planning: Prepare and deliver lessons for various subjects based on curriculum standards.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Create tests, grade assignments, and monitor student progress to provide feedback.
- Classroom Management: Establish a nurturing, organized environment to encourage positive behavior and learning.
- Student Development: Support academic, social, and moral growth, providing additional care for struggling students.
- Communication: Meet with parents and guardians to discuss child performance and development.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain records, attend staff meetings, and participate in professional development.

Pay: ₹9,791.04 - ₹33,511.56 per month
