Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Manager to head the service operations at our Ather showroom in Pimpri Chinchwad. The candidate will be responsible for managing the service team, ensuring high-quality vehicle maintenance, customer satisfaction, and achieving service business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the service department, including scheduling, job allocation, and workflow management.
- Ensure timely and high-quality servicing, repairs, and delivery of Ather electric scooters.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the service team to deliver superior customer service and achieve departmental goals.
- Handle customer queries, complaints,



and escalations effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor service revenue, warranty claims, and workshop productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company processes, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines.
- Coordinate with spare parts, sales, and technical teams for smooth operations.
- Conduct regular training and skill development sessions for technicians and service advisors.
- Track and analyze KPIs (e.g., service revenue, customer satisfaction scores, repeat visits).

Qualifications & Skills:

- Diploma/Degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- 4–5 years of experience in automobile service, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer-handling abilities.
- Technical knowledge of two-wheeler servicing (EV experience preferred).
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
