Cloud SRE Network:

What you'll do:

- Use SRE practices to improve the reliability, performance and efficiency of the infrastructure.
- Support Sky’s Production and Lab Telco Cloud environments, including incident resolution, changes and upgrades.
- Create and maintain internal design documentation.
- Use Python scripting knowledge to automate manual and repetitive tasks.
- Collaborate with internal teams during application on-boarding.
- Develop infrastructure metrics and introduce ways to measure and report on them.
- Have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to communicate technical feedback to other members of your team, application owners, and developers.

What you'll bring:

Essential:

- At least 3 years’ experience working in large-scale Enterprise environments.
- We are looking for candidates who have these AWS Skills

- Proficient in managing AWS core services: VPC, EC2, S3, IAM,



RDS, Lambda, EKS.
- Experience with networking concepts in AWS (VPC peering, Transit Gateway, Security Groups, NACLs, Load Balancers).
- Knowledge of scaling and resilience: Auto Scaling Groups, multi-AZ deployments, backup/restore strategies.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging: CloudWatch, CloudTrail, AWS Config.
- Hands-on with identity & access management (least-privilege IAM policies, SCP, cross-account roles, federation).
- Strong experience with IaC tools like Terraform (modules, workspaces, state management, remote backends).

- Experience in Linux, Kubernetes and has worked on cloud native applications
- Ability to design reusable IaC modules and enforce standards across teams
- Should have used CI/CD pipelines to enable secure and automated deployments using policy checks
- You should be eager to learn and develop new technologies.

Desirable

- Experience of routing and switching on ipv4/v6, MPLS, BGP, QOS, Cisco IOS-XR
- Knowledge of the ETSI Mano architectural framework.
- Experience of contemporary monitoring and logging systems: Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK.
- Awareness of ISP technologies like DNS, Radius etc and Voice Core technologies like SBC, IMS etc.
- Build and maintain self-service infrastructure platforms for developers.
- Experience working with concourse CI/CD
