What you'll do:

Lead Generation: Contact prospective customers to introduce our software products and services.

Customer Follow-up: Follow up with existing and potential clients, schedule meetings, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate appointments and product demonstrations for the sales team.

Customer Database Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and lead status in the CRM system.

Business Development Support:



Assist the sales and marketing team by identifying new business opportunities and generating qualified leads.

Communication: Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally while providing excellent customer service.
