Job Overview

The Interior Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing interior spaces for residential developments. This role requires a balance of creativity, technical knowledge, and coordination with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery

Key Responsibilities

- Develop interior design concepts for residential units, show flats, and common areas.
- Prepare layout plans, mood boards, 3D visualizations, and detailed drawings.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and accessories in line with project positioning and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, project managers, and site teams to ensure design feasibility and execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design intent.
- Work closely with procurement teams and vendors for sourcing and cost optimization.
- Stay updated with design, materials, and industry best practices.
- Ensure all designs comply with company standards, timelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in client presentations (if required) and incorporate feedback into designs.

Required Qualifications





- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in residential interior design (MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN -> real estate development or a design firm)
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar.
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and construction details.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Necessary Skills

- Experience in designing sample flats or large-scale residential projects.
- Knowledge of budgeting and cost estimation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
