Skills Required:
- - Strong Project Management experience managing enterprise-scale engagements
- Prior experience handling SAP / Enterprise Application projects is preferred
- Experience managing offshore delivery teams and coordinating with onsite/client stakeholders
- Strong governance, tracking, RAID management, and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to independently drive execution, escalations, and delivery coordination
- Experience managing cross-functional teams including testing, automation, integration, and business teams
- Valuable exposure to client-facing discussions, requirement coordination, and status governance
- Strong communication and leadership capabilities are mandatory
- Experience in Life Sciences / regulated environments will be an added advantage
- Exposure to TOSCA automation, SAP transformation, testing governance, or enterprise QA programs is preferred
