Job Title: Draftsman / Architectural Draftsman

Job Requirements:

* Experience in 3D modeling and rendering using SketchUp with Enscape, D5 Render, Lumion, or similar software.

* Ability to prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and project cost estimation.

* Good understanding of architectural drawings, construction details, and materials.

* Ability to prepare working drawings, detailed drawings, and presentation drawings.

* Knowledge of quantity take-off and estimation based on drawings.

* Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience (or mention if freshers with strong skills can apply).

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D drafting.
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Experience:

- Prior experience in drafting for Interior or engineering projects.
