We are currently seeking an experienced Client Service Consultant with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience to join our high-performance team.

This role is ideal for professionals who excel in client-facing environments and are confident in managing end-to-end client communication within structured immigration processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their immigration journey
- Manage end-to-end client communication with clarity, accuracy, and professionalism
- Guide clients on documentation requirements, timelines, and process expectations
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation within CRM systems
- Handle client concerns and escalations with a solution-oriented and professional approach
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service quality at all stages

Required Experience & Skills

- Minimum 1 year of experience in immigration client servicing
- Strong understanding of visa processes and documentation requirements




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience with CRM or case management systems
- Strong problem-solving ability and a client-first mindset
