Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated fresh graduates to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a passion for sales and customer relationship management. Key Responsibilities

Identify and connect with potential customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels.

Generate and qualify leads to support business growth.

Understand customer requirements and present suitable products or services.

Schedule meetings or product demonstrations with prospective clients.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.





Achieve individual sales and business development targets.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth.

Eligibility

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.

Language Requirements

Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Kannada is mandatory.

Ability to communicate confidently with customers in all three languages.
