Position: Marketing & Promotion Staff

Job Responsibilities:

- Promote the company's products through online and offline channels.
- Create and post engaging content on social media platforms.
- Respond to customer inquiries and generate sales leads.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and marketing activities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Assist in planning marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.
- Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree (preferred, but not mandatory with relevant experience).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.).
- Creative thinking and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, Canva, or similar tools are an advantage).
- Prior experience in marketing or sales is preferred.
