Qualification:

Key Skills:
BIM modeling, Revit, detailed drawing production, consultant coordination, clash detection and resolution, design documentation, multi-disciplinary coordination, technical detailing, quality control, workflow optimization, team handling.
Experience: 8–12 years in BIM modeling, design documentation, and consultant coordination.
Description:
Generate high-quality and error-free BIM models, drawings, and design documentation in coordination with internal design teams and external consultants.
Deliver well-coordinated detailed drawings across all project stages within assigned timelines while ensuring adherence to project standards and quality requirements. Coordinate with consultants and support teams to produce accurate and clash-free design portfolios. Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies in drawing delivery through development of standard details, workflow improvements, and BIM best practices. Take ownership of assigned deliverables, support junior BIM modelers, and contribute towards smooth project execution and continual qualified growth.
