Roles & Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the CSE/CRM team to fully understand client requirements, budget, theme preference, and event brief before starting any design work.
- Coordinate with the Production team to check available stock, materials, and fabrication feasibility, so that designs are realistic to execute within budget and timeline.
- Conceptualize event themes, mood boards, layouts, floral and decor design, stage and entrance designs, and lighting concepts based on the confirmed brief.
- Prepare visual design presentations (renders, mock-ups, mood boards) for client approval, in coordination with CSE.
- Revise designs based on client feedback shared through CSE, within agreed timelines.
- Prepare detailed design specifications and material/prop lists for Production to execute once a design is approved.




- Attend the mandatory pre-event coordination meeting with CSE and Production to finalize the Run-of-Show and design execution plan.
- Conduct on-site checks during setup to ensure execution matches the approved design concept.
- Track current design, decor, and wedding/event trends, and bring fresh, updated ideas into client proposals.
- Use AI-based design and image tools to speed up concept generation, mood boards, and visualizations.
- Maintain a design portfolio/library of past work for reuse in future proposals and marketing.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
