Job Description

- Maintain contract lifecycle management (CLM) from award to closure.

- Act as a bridge between sales, legal, finance, project, and procurement teams.

- Support senior management with contract performance reports.

- Advise project teams on contractual obligations and risk exposure.

- Track key milestones, deliverables, and payment schedules.

- Monitor variations, amendments, and change orders.

- Ensure documentation is complete and auditable.

- Ensure regulatory and statutory compliance.

- Coordinate with legal, finance, procurement, and operations teams.

- Maintain contract repository and version control

- Manage claims, counterclaims, and dispute resolution.

- Protect company’s commercial interests

- Handle extension of time (EOT) requests and variation claims.

- Supporting international contracts (FIDIC, INCOTERMS, cross-border compliance).
