Key Responsibilities
Provide expert counselling to students and parents for NEET UG & PG (MBBS admissions) Guide students for domestic and international MBBS admissions Assist with college selection, documentation, and application processes Handle inbound & outbound calls, follow-ups, and queries efficiently Offer personalized guidance based on NEET scores and student preferences Stay updated on NEET counselling procedures, cut-offs, and trends Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents Achieve counselling and conversion targets
Requirements & Skills

- 2–3+ years of experience as an Admission Counselor (preferably in MBBS/medical domain)
- Experience handling domestic & international candidates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Robust understanding of NEET UG/PG counselling process
- Target-driven with a passion for helping students succeed Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
