Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer and improve Microsoft Intune, Jamf Pro, Microsoft Entra ID, and core

Microsoft 365 services.

- Manage device enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies,

application deployment, patching, and endpoint lifecycle activities.

- Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, authentication, access, application, and policy

issues.

- Review and improve Conditional Access, role assignments, device-based

access, and least-privilege controls.

- Develop PowerShell scripts and automation to reduce manual administration

and remediate recurring issues.





- Perform root-cause analysis and implement long-term fixes for recurring

platform issues.

- Maintain technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to the

internal IT team.

Qualifications

- Work Timing - 7:30pm IST to 4:30 am IST

Required Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro.
- Experience administering Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365.
- Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
- Experience managing Windows and macOS devices in a cloud-first environment.
- Experience with application deployment, patching, device compliance, and configuration management.
- Strong understanding of Zero Trust, least privilege, Conditional Access, and role based access control.
- Solid troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and ownership skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical priorities.
