Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled PPM Developer to design, develop, and enhance enterprise Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) solutions. The role involves configuring and customizing PPM platforms to support project planning, portfolio governance, resource management, and financial tracking.
The ideal candidate will have robust experience in PPM tools, workflow configuration, integrations, and reporting, and will work closely with PMO teams and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.

- Hands-on experience with one or more PPM tools:

- Experience in:
- Knowledge of scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, or tool-specific scripting)
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies
- Design, configure, and customize PPM platforms such as:
- Implement project lifecycle workflows including:
- Configure forms, templates, fields, and business rules.
- Change requests and cost benefit analysis
- Develop and optimize workflows for:
- Automate business processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Ensure alignment with organizational PMO standards.
- Build and maintain integrations between PPM systems and other enterprise tools:
- Develop and manage APIs, data feeds, and ETL processes.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and synchronization.
- Create and maintain:
- Use tools like Power BI, Tableau, or native PPM reporting.
- Deliver insights to support decision-making and portfolio optimization.
- Develop custom features or scripts within the PPM platform as required.
- Enhance system functionality based on user feedback and business needs.
- Optimize performance and user experience of the PPM tool.
- Perform unit testing, system testing, and deployment validation.
- Support release management activities including:
- Ensure compliance with change management processes.
- Work closely with:
- Gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and best practices for PPM usage.
- Maintain documentation including:
- Support user training and onboarding.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per month
