Job Summary:

The Senior – C&I; Engineer will lead the execution of civil and interior fit-out works for commercial and office projects across PAN India. The role involves end-to-end project management including planning, execution, vendor management, quality control, safety compliance, cost monitoring, and timely delivery while coordinating with clients,

consultants, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership & Execution

- Lead complete execution of civil and interior fit-out works for large commercial/office projects
- Oversee partitions, ceilings, flooring, finishes, painting, waterproofing, and allied civil works
- Review drawings, BOQs, and specifications to ensure feasibility and compliance
- Drive site execution in line with project schedules, milestones, and budgets

Team & Vendor Management

- Lead, guide, and mentor site engineers and supervisors
- Appoint, manage, and coordinate civil, interior, and MEP vendors/subcontractors
- Evaluate contractor performance and ensure productivity, quality, and safety compliance
- Resolve on-site technical, manpower, and coordination challenges proactively

Planning, Scheduling & Monitoring

- Prepare detailed execution plans, work schedules, and resource planning
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly project progress and take corrective actions
- Track quantities, measurements, and support billing, certification, and cost control
- Manage change orders, variations, and site instructions

Quality, Safety & Compliance

- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and statutory requirements




- Implement quality assurance and quality control processes at site
- Conduct regular site audits, inspections, and review meetings
- Ensure zero-incident safety culture across project sites

Client & Consultant Coordination

- Act as primary point of contact for clients, architects, and consultants on site
- Manage client expectations, progress reviews, and approvals
- Handle design clarifications, technical submittals, and execution coordination
- Support handover, snag-list closure, and final completion activities

Documentation & Reporting

- Review and approve site reports, MIS, progress updates, and project documentation
- Ensure maintenance of as-built drawings, records, and handover documents
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and mitigation plans

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong expertise in commercial/office interior fit-out execution
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
- Good understanding of BOQs, contracts, cost control, and billing
- Strong coordination skills with clients, consultants, and multiple vendors
- Ability to manage fast-track and multi-location projects
- Willingness to travel PAN India as per project requirements

Preferred Profile:

- Experience handling large-scale corporate office, IT parks, or commercial interior projects
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Hands-on leader with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
