We are looking for a highly organized and responsible professional who can manage HR Operations and New Client Onboarding for our digital marketing agency.

Role Overview

As an HR & Client Onboarding Executive, you will act as a bridge between management, employees, and newly acquired clients.

You will be responsible for hiring the right talent, maintaining employee records, coordinating onboarding processes, collecting project requirements, and ensuring every new client receives a professional and smooth onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Hiring and recruitment for agency positions
- Resume screening and interview scheduling
- Employee onboarding and documentation
- Attendance and leave management
- Team coordination and employee support
- Maintaining HR records and employee files
- Supporting management with hiring plans and workforce requirements

Client Onboarding Responsibilities

- Handle onboarding of all new clients
- Conduct onboarding calls and meetings
- Collect project requirements and necessary documents
- Coordinate between clients and internal teams
- Create onboarding checklists and project briefs




- Ensure smooth project handover to execution teams
- Maintain onboarding records and client information
- Follow up on pending approvals, content, credentials, and documents
- Ensure clients have a clear understanding of project timelines and processes

Experience Required

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in:
- HR Operations
- Recruitment
- Client Coordination
- Client Onboarding
