- Assist the Plastic Surgeon (Dr. Dhruv) during patient consultations at all branches.
- Conduct and coordinate video consultation appointments with patients.
- Evaluate and document patient history and maintain accurate medical records.
- Provide pre-operative counselling and ensure patients complete all required investigations and documentation.
- Monitor and guide patients during the post-operative recovery period as per the surgeon's instructions.
- Coordinate between patients, the Plastic Surgeon, OT team, and branch staff to ensure smooth scheduling and surgical planning.
- Follow up with patients from the initial consultation until the completion of surgery and recovery.
- Respond to and resolve patient queries related to treatment plans, surgery preparation, recovery, and follow-up care.




- Maintain regular communication with patients to improve compliance and satisfaction.
- Ensure proper documentation, patient consent, and clinical records are maintained.
- Assist in patient education regarding treatment protocols, medications, wound care, and post-surgical precautions.
- Support branch operations related to Plastic Surgery services whenever required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.30 per month
