Purplle, one of India's fastest-growing beauty and personal care retailers, is looking for passionate and result-oriented Store Managers to lead our retail stores across Kerala. Role Overview

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving store sales, ensuring operational excellence, leading and developing your team, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will play a key role in achieving business goals while maintaining Purplle's brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive store sales and consistently achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of Beauty Advisers.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and a premium in-store shopping experience.
- Monitor daily store operations, productivity, and staff performance.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, shrinkage, and visual merchandising.
- Analyze sales reports, KPIs, and customer insights to improve business performance.
- Recruit, onboard, coach, and retain store team members.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, grooming standards, and statutory policies.
- Coordinate with HR, Training, and Operations teams to drive business objectives.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Plan and execute in-store promotions, launches, and marketing initiatives.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 3–6 years of experience in retail operations,



with at least 1–2 years in a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager role.
- Experience in beauty, cosmetics, fashion, lifestyle, or FMCG retail is preferred.
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of retail KPIs, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays as per business requirements.
