ARC Technologies and Institutions is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our admissions team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, providing detailed information about our courses and training programs, and assisting them throughout the admission process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a goal-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to inquiries and leads to provide information about courses and training programs.
Explain course features, benefits, fee structure, and batch timings to prospective students.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to ensure conversions.
Counsel students regarding course selection based on their interests and educational background.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and interactions in CRM tools or Excel sheets.
Coordinate with the admissions team to schedule demos, tests, or meetings.
Handle inbound calls and address student queries professionally.
Assist in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum HSC/Graduate in any stream.
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
Prior experience in telecalling or sales is preferred
Pay: ₹10,496.39 - ₹25,735.84 per month
