We are looking for an experienced Planning Head with 18–20 years of experience in an apparel export house to lead end-to-end production planning operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Production Planning, Budgeting, Capacity Planning, and Time & Action (T&A;) Management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the complete planning process from order receipt to shipment.
- Prepare budgets, production forecasts, and capacity plans for optimal resource utilization.
- Monitor and manage Time & Action (T&A;) plans to ensure on-time execution.
- Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, Sourcing, Quality, and Logistics teams for smooth order execution.
- Optimize production capacity, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.




- Track planning KPIs, monitor order progress, and drive continuous process improvements.
- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining cost efficiency and operational excellence.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Production, Fashion Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.

· MBA/PGDM in Operations or Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
