We are looking for a customer-focused Sales Executive to assist prospective learners, build relationships, and contribute to business growth.

Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Explain available programs and guide customers in choosing suitable options.
- Follow up with new inquiries, existing leads, and previous customers.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects and provide timely assistance.
- Update customer information and follow-up details in the CRM.
- Build robust customer relationships through a consultative approach.
- Work closely with the team to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Achieve individual performance goals and maintain service quality.
- Prepare daily updates and maintain accurate sales records.

Requirements





- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, Customer Support, Counselling, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable handling inbound and outbound customer interactions.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, organized, and customer-oriented.
