Key Responsibilities:

Customer Care Executive to handle parent and school owner queries, onboard new centres onto our app, and manage daily follow-ups. Your work: - Answer calls and WhatsApp messages from clients - Help new daycares set up and use our app - Follow up with users and maintain daily records - Report feedback to senior team We need: - Any graduate — BBA, BA, B.Com - Good communication in English + Hindi - Kannada is a plus - Comfortable with WhatsApp, phone calls, basic apps - Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru Office job — Day shift Joining: Immediate Call or apply now. - Respond to customer queries via call, email,



and app chat within defined TAT
- Log and track issues/tickets till resolution; escalate technical issues to the tech team
- Assist new childcare centres with onboarding and basic app training
- Maintain customer interaction records and share regular feedback/CSAT reports
- Coordinate with sales and tech teams for smooth issue closure

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
