o Monitor and analyze key financial ratios, gross margins, and profitability for each SKU and store
o Track store-wise and SKU-wise performance to identify trends, variances, and improvement areas
o Prepare and monitor Profit & Loss statements on a regular basis
o Maintain and publish accurate monthly MIS reports for management review
o Analyze deviations between actuals vs budgets/targets and provide actionable insights
o Support pricing, margin optimization, and cost control initiatives
o Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports
Requirements:
- Bachelors / Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with positive understanding of P&L;, margins, and ratios
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables); ERP/BI tools is a plus
- Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
