Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (1 Rotational Week Off)
Job Overview
A reputed organization in Bareilly is hiring an experienced and proactive HR Executive / HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant HR experience and hands-on expertise in payroll, attendance management, and core HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage payroll processing and salary administration.
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and record management.
- Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day HR operations.
- Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures.
- Support recruitment and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain HR reports and MIS as required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Executive role.
- Hands-on experience in Payroll and Attendance Management is mandatory.
- Positive understanding of core HR processes and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
