Job Summary

We are hiring a motivated Field Sales Representative to expand our customer base and drive business growth. The role involves visiting potential clients, generating new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities

- Visit customers and businesses within the assigned territory.
- Generate new leads and convert them into customers.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Promote and explain company products and services.
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate deals.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Submit daily field visit reports and sales updates.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.

Eligibility

- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, Direct Sales, or Business Development.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Willing to travel within the assigned area.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
