Job Summary/ Role:

This position is responsible for producing machined parts by programming, setting up and operating a CNC machine. Also perform daily and regular cleaning and light maintenance tasks on CNC machinery. Use specialized instruments to ensure quality requirements.

Core Responsibilities

- Fill up and verify machine checklist
- Verify stations for last batch production and fill up Line clearance documents.
- Check material availability as per production plan on station with required documents.
- Start operation after verifying machine program, offset, last part produce dimension reports.
- Loading part into machine for machining as per set program.
- Make ready First piece approval inspection report.
- Make entry in batch card for operation finished part.




- Performing routine inspection of processed part and 100 % visual check.
- Meet production output as per target.
- Understanding specifications of the tasks at hand and the desired result by reading mechanical drawing.
- Maintain Batch manufacturing record.
- Handover production status to reliever.
- Preparing backup Tools for machine Loading.
- Maintain a record of Tools consumption and Daily production.
- Maintain 5S in the workplace.
- Maintain good manufacturing practice.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 per month
