Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to join our team at Khetan Realty. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will be responsible for providing a welcoming workplace and offering administrative support to our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.
She will be responsible for answering the phones calls, receiving and sending the mail, coordinating internal meetings, and other administrative activities, as requested.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Comfortable interacting with high-level corporate executives
- Self-motivated, flexible, and team player.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Maintain the front office area to ensure it is neat and organized.
- Assist staff with tasks as needed.
- Provide general information to clients about property listings and services.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
