Job Title: Night Supervisor

Job Summary

Kanag ENT Super Speciality Centre is looking for a responsible and proactive Night Supervisor to oversee hospital operations during night hours. The candidate will ensure smooth functioning of all departments, coordinate staff activities, maintain patient safety, and ensure compliance with hospital policies and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate hospital operations during the night shift.
- Monitor patient care activities and ensure timely response to patient needs.
- Coordinate with RMOs, nursing staff, housekeeping, security, and other support departments.
- Ensure proper staffing and smooth workflow across all hospital areas.
- Handle patient and attendant concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection control practices.
- Conduct regular rounds of wards, ICU, emergency, and other patient care areas.
- Monitor hospital cleanliness,



maintenance issues, and equipment functionality.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, complaints, admissions, discharges, and shift activities.
- Ensure emergency preparedness and coordinate responses during critical situations.
- Assist in inventory monitoring and availability of essential supplies during the shift.
- Prepare daily shift reports and communicate important updates to management.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and hospital information at all times.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline (Hospital Administration/Healthcare background preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience in hospital operations, supervision, or healthcare administration.
- Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts and handle emergencies effectively.

Pay: ₹10,900.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
