We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Executive to manage inventory, oversee stock movement, and ensure proper storage of materials. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and supporting smooth warehouse/store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update stock records (inward & outward entries)
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of goods
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages
- Coordinate with the purchase and accounts department
- Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports
- Handle dispatch documentation and material issuance
Required Skills
- Knowledge of inventory management procedures
- Familiarity with ERP/software systems and MS Excel
- Attention to detail and positive organizational skills
- Basic understanding of stock audit processes
- Good communication and coordination skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma (Commerce, Logistics, or related field preferred)
- 1–4 years of experience in store/warehouse management
- Experience in [Industry – Manufacturing / Retail / FMCG / Construction] preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,027.52 - ₹21,426.26 per month
