Role - Lab Technician cum QA Executive

Experience - 3 to 5 Years

Qualification - B.Sc. in Chemistry / Food Technology / Food Science

Location -Dholka -Ahmedabad

Qualification & Experience:

B.Sc. in Chemistry / Food Technology / Food Science

3–5 years of experience in chemical testing and quality assurance in the food industry

Knowledge of maintaining records and documentation as per FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, and related food safety standards

Experience in process monitoring, process validation, and quality control activities

Incoming raw material inspection and approval

Preference will be given to candidates having exposure to the peanut butter / peanut processing industry

Additional Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of microbiological testing and hygiene monitoring

Handling and calibration of laboratory instruments

CAPA handling, deviation reporting,



and root cause analysis

Preparation and maintenance of SOPs, COAs, batch records, and quality reports

Awareness of allergen control, traceability, and food safety practices

Experience in internal audits and compliance activities

Good communication and computer skills (Excel, report preparation, ERP entry, etc.)

Ability to handle shop-floor QA activities and coordinate with production teams

Knowledge of pest control, sanitation monitoring, and housekeeping standards in food processing units
