Job Title - Management Trainee (US Recruiter)
Location - Panjim, Goa
Shift time - 6.30 pm to 3.30 am (Night Shift)

Requirement:

Bachelors/Master's degree with excellent communication
Comfortable for night shift & work from office
Candidates must have some knowledge on recruitment

Role & Responsibilities :

- Understand the job/Client requirement.
- Source resumes from various job boards , Screen the profiles and shortlist the profiles.
- Cold calling, scheduling interviews, salary negotiation, offer negotiation.
- Work along with Leads and manager to achieve the target in certain time frame.

Note: (3 rounds of interview)

1st round - Virtual

2nd round interview - Aptitude





Final interview - Face to Face/Onsite interview
