Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive student enrollments, build relationships with prospective learners, and contribute to the company's growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Counsel students regarding Zeravia's training programs and career opportunities.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and partners.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and daily activities in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for students.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or pursuing the final year).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
- Prior experience in Business Development, Sales, or Customer Support is preferred but not mandatory.
