We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive who has practical experience in marketing, brand promotion, dealer development, distributor management, field marketing and business development.

The candidate will be responsible for increasing XEN's brand visibility, expanding our dealer network, promoting products in the market and developing long-term business relationships.

This is a field-based role, ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships and promoting brands in the market.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and appoint new dealers and distributors across Delhi NCR.
- Strengthen dealer relationships and expand the channel network.
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits, promotional activities, and competitor analysis.
- Meet architects, builders, contractors, consultants, interior designers, and institutional clients to generate project business.
- Organize plumber meets and build a strong plumber network.
- Promote XEN Bath Fittings products to dealers, retailers, and end customers.
- Support offline and digital branding initiatives, including showroom branding, Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile, and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct market research, pricing analysis, and submit regular market intelligence reports.





Prepare daily/weekly reports on dealer visits, branding activities, leads, and business development.

- 2–5 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, Trade Marketing, or Channel Sales.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Willing to travel extensively across Delhi NCR.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
