We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Manager to lead our Education Consultancy operations in Trivandrum. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in student counseling/admissions, and the ability to manage a team while achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the consultancy.
- Lead and motivate the admissions and counseling team.
- Guide students regarding higher education opportunities.
- Develop marketing and student recruitment strategies.
- Maintain relationships with colleges and educational institutions.
- Monitor team performance and achieve admission targets.
- Handle escalations and ensure excellent student service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree preferred.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Education Consultancy,
Admissions, or Student Counseling.
- Robust communication and leadership skills.
- Target-oriented and team management experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
