Position: Staff Nurse cum Guest Relations Officer (GRO)

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Staff Nurse cum Guest Relations Officer (GRO) to provide high-quality nursing care while ensuring an exceptional patient experience. The role combines clinical excellence with front-office coordination and administrative support in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical & Nursing Responsibilities

· Perform phlebotomy, sample collection, labeling, and barcode application.

· Record patient vitals including height, weight, BMI, blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.

· Administer vaccinations and prescribed medications.

· Verify vaccination history and generate vaccination vouchers where required.

· Conduct vision assessments including visual acuity and colour vision tests.

· Maintain accurate electronic medical records.

· Ensure biomedical waste disposal complies with regulations.

Guest Relations & Administrative Responsibilities





· Deliver an excellent patient experience and manage front-desk coordination.

· Capture customer feedback through the C-SAT system.

· Coordinate laboratory requests, dispatches, and documentation.

· Maintain inventory of medical consumables, non-consumables, and vaccines.

· Support day-to-day administrative operations and SOP compliance.

Qualifications & Experience

· Diploma/B.Sc. Nursing (GNM/B.Sc.).

· Freshers and candidates with relevant clinical experience are welcome to apply.

· Valid State Nursing Council registration.

· Basic computer proficiency.

Skills & Competencies

· Strong patient care and phlebotomy skills.

· Excellent communication and guest relationship management.

· Knowledge of infection control and biomedical waste management.

· Strong documentation and administrative skills.

· Professional, detail-oriented, and patient-centric approach.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
