Kwanta Communications is a creative agency delivering brand, digital, and film work across multiple clients. This role owns the client relationship on a set of accounts and keeps the work moving between client and creative team.

The role

You will own the day-to-day relationship on your accounts, turning client requirements into transparent briefs, coordinating designers, writers, and video, and making sure work ships on time. This is a hands-on delivery role rather than a revenue or sales one, with scope to grow into full account ownership as you prove yourself. Several of these accounts are social-led, so you will also plan and manage the social calendars that sit within them, working with the creative team to produce the content. It suits someone equally comfortable handling a client call and building a content plan. This role is fully remote.

What you'll do

- Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, from briefs to approvals
- Translate client requirements into clear briefs for the creative team
- Coordinate tasks, timelines, and approvals across design, video, and copy
- Plan and manage monthly social calendars for social-led accounts
- Work with the creative team to produce posts, reels, and stories, and schedule content
- Track performance and share simple, useful reports with clients
- Keep timelines, feedback,



and follow-ups organised so nothing slips

What we're looking for

- 2 to 4 years in client servicing, account management, or social media management, with an agency background strongly preferred
- Confident client communication that stays clear and professional under pressure
- Strong organisation and follow-through across multiple accounts
- A working knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube, and what performs on each
- Comfort with scheduling and analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, and with trackers and spreadsheets
- Proficient in writing effective AI prompts for content ideas, captions, and reporting
- Self-directed and reliable in a remote setup

Bonus points

- Experience with paid social and boosting campaigns
- Basic hands-on design or video editing (Canva, CapCut) for quick turnarounds
- Experience developing or executing brand IPs, events, or content properties
- Copywriting ability for captions and short-form content

Pay: ₹15,421.22 - ₹30,000.00 per month
